 Born on June 14, 1988 in Plano, Texas, Kevin McHale is an actor and one of the lead singers in the boy band NLT, who was found by his future bandmates through his sister, who was an agent for Travis Michael Garland in Dallas. They came to sort of prominence in 2007 under the direction of Jimmy Iovine and Ron Fair at Geffen Records. The band released their debut single in 2007. As for his acting gigs, McHale had a recurring role on the Nickelodeon series Zoey 101, playing the role of Dooley. In the same year, he landed a guest spot in an episode of The Office, where he played a pizza delivery boy held hostage of Steve Carell’s character. His other screen credits include HBO vampire series True Blood in 2008, where he played coroner’s assistant Neil Jones. Meanwhile, he was cast in 2009 in the Fox musical comedy Glee as geeky guitarist Arty.
