What's coming up in Fox's new hit series "Glee?"

Lots of sturm and drang and singing and dancing.

"All the relationships of course are gonna blow up ..." Master of ceremonies Jane Lynch told us at the Variety Power of Women awards luncheon today. "Almost everybody has a storyline that gets very dramatic."

"But for me, I will fall in love, Sue Sylvester will fall in love, and then it will be over pretty quickly. But then we'll maybe have compassion for her for a couple of minutes. And then she'll ruin it by stabbing somebody in the back.

"And we will learn a little bit more about her family life ... but she just continues to try to crush the spirits of those young 'Glee' kids."

According to Jane, she based her "Glee" character on a college drama professor ("We called her the Dragon Lady") who taught acting via humiliation.

"If she cast her gaze on you, you were flattered and scared at the same time."

Brrr.

FOX has officially picked up a full season of Glee which is a great thing for all glee fans! This means we will for sure be seeing at least one season of Glee! It's success has been remarkable and will most likely lead to a second season of Glee.
